Refund policy

Non-returnable items 
Print and digital (PDF) patterns are not eligible for return due to copyright restrictions. Sale items and gift cards are also not returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

How to start a return
If you are not satisfied with your order, I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be shipped back to me within 21 days of delivery.

Begin by contacting me at misty@luminousfiberarts.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

To be eligible to return for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. 

Refunds 
Once I’ve received and inspected your return, I will notify you if the refund was approved or not (due to condition of returned item). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. I want you to have what you ordered!
