Shipping is available to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. 

Residents of the EU and UK

Tracking & insurance
All orders include a tracking number, which you will receive when your order ships. You can request insurance for an additional fee. Please contact me immediately after placing your order if you need insurance.

Shipping Time Frames
Regular Shipping: I want your "happy mail" to arrive at your mailbox as quickly as possible! I typically process your order for shipping in 1-3 business days.

Please note that when I have shop updates with new designs or fabric colors, a large number of orders come in at one time and it may take 3-5 business days for your order to ship. If I anticipate a longer delay, I will contact you.

Pre-Orders: If you purchase an item labeled "Pre-Order" it means that the item is not in stock and I will be shipping it after I receive it. This usually applies to hand-dyed fabrics, flosses, and trims. The typical time frame is about 12 weeks from when you place your order to when I am able to ship it. The product title and description will include the estimated ship date. If you purchase other items with your pre-order, your order will not ship until all items are in stock.

Shipping delays
Sometimes packages don't arrive when they are expected to. Once USPS or UPS is in possession of your order, I don't have any information about where your package is or when it will arrive beyond what is provided in your tracking. Sometimes packages sit for a while at a facility and are not updated for several days or even a week, then they suddenly start moving again. If your package has been stuck for several business days, please contact USPS or UPS (depending on which one is delivering your order). Shipping delays are common around the holidays from late November through the end of December. Please allow extra time, possibly 1-2 additional weeks, for your order to arrive.
